Okay i have toyed with the workaround presented by ChairoNoMe @ http://forum.insanel...l=save settings
I have found that if the service is not loaded before the trayicon is instantiated "InputRemapper.exe -TrayIcon" it will reset the defaults. So my guess is that at standard install without any work arounds the tray icon is being loaded before the service has been loaded completely.
Anyhow i have made the workaround work for now, but a fix would be nice.
