rlweb Posted December 19, 2007 Share Posted December 19, 2007 Hi, I'm newbie here trying to get a linux codec dump for AppleHDA http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=32859 I a knoppix cd and when I load it and go on to the terminal and type in cat /Proc/asound/card0/codec97#0 all i get back is cat /Proc/asound/card0/codec97#0: Is a direrctory. And When I type dir /Proc/asound/card0/codec97#0 It finds 2 files : ac97#0-0 and ac97#0-0+regs but they are not the files I want. Can someone help me?
