If you cant boot into OS X, i dont think i can help you mate. Does the boot stop with an error while booting, or do you only see a flashing cursor in the upper left corner? I´m new to this. i only got 10.4.10 up running yesterday, and leo today. i really have no clue what is happening when things go wrong. i just trow the dvd out, and try another image. i must have thrown about 20 dvd´s out, with different versions of os x, before i got these to work. only advise i can give you is to go through the forum, and read. I own a VAIO myself and there are lots of unhappy VAIO users because it just doesn't work. You can get your external screen to work with NVinject but that's about it.
