bofors
XCode 2.2.1 (Universal) ADC Libary updates too... Get 'me here: https://connect.apple.com Compatibility • Xcode Tools 2.2.1 is a full release of the Xcode development tools suite. It requires Mac OS X v10.4.x and is able to upgrade previous installations of Xcode Tools 1.x and 2.x releases. • Xcode 2.2.1 supports development for Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar), Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther), or Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or Universal binaries for PowerPC and Intel architectures on Mac OS X v10.4 using Mac OS X SDK support. • The Xcode project file format and extension changed for Xcode 2.1 and later. See the product documentation for more information. Changes in this release • This is a bug fix release. Selected fixes were made in the Xcode IDE, cctools, debugger, compiler. A couple fixes to note are: o Xcode: When changing the main project-wide SDK using the popup in the project inspector, Xcode will no longer automatically set MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET for that SDK in the project's build settings (removing any previous value); rather, the SDK-defaulted value of MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET will be used explicitly when building, and can be overridden at the project or target levels, as desired. o Carbon Developer Tools: Endianness problems with DeRez and bitfields, and Rez with the type and creator parameters, have been fixed. • The 10.4u SDK has been updated for development with Mac OS 10.4.4. • CHUD has been updated to version 4.3.0. bofors
Oh man, 823.5 Mb Yeah, it's not clear to me if there is some (or complete rundancy) with XCode and the Documentation downloads either. Otherwise, I have noticed that the XCode installation seems to "hang" on at the "Running Java 1.4 Reference Documentation" step which I think is turned off by defualt, "Easy Install", but it actuallly does finish. Haplo
I had the same issue, but it did still install. Java, however, is broken in XCode.
