___
Is there any chance that an upgrade from 10.4.8,9,10 into 10.5 Leopard will be avaiable for download?
consolation
use the retail dvd, patch it with brazilmac's patcher and it will upgrade fine. You will need a spare partition w/ tiger for the post patch...

brlock
works fine and with no need of extra tiger. just put the postpatch in pendrive and edit the script folders acordingly, then just boot from the dvd again and go to terminal to patch. it is actually better to upgrade, this way u won't need to fix the boot. word of advice, if u have extra languages or x11 on your tiger, uninstall them before upgrade, because the leopard installation will try to update them and these were not present in my patched dvd. if you need more detailed help just say so. I used the prepatched brazilmac dvd that is on the green demon
