can't see hard drive

Hi,

 

just managed to install os x 10.4.10 on virtual drive using vmware however when running it i can't see my other hard drives with vista on and my music files, photo's etc. i want to install fixes and other stuff but i can't get into the hard drives so how can i do this. i'm new to all this so any help would be gratefully appreciated.
