I finally got all my networking to work.

I used the older version of IOnetworkingFamily 1.5.1 and changed the plist of both the IO80211Family.kext and the AppleAirPortBrcm4311.kext (within the IO80211Family.kext) to read:

<key>com.apple.iokit.IONetworkingFamily</key>
<string>1.5.1</string>


insted of:
<key>com.apple.iokit.IONetworkingFamily</key>
<string>1.6.0</string>
