strangedaze Posted October 8, 2007 Share Posted October 8, 2007 Ok so I upgraded to kalyways leopard a couple weeks ago the fan noise was so much louder then Tiger. I reinstalled again figuring that I shouldnt be a problem to fix. I've searched everywhere. On my own the only thing I could really think that might work is the 10.4.8 ACPI Kext included in the install disc. That made it slightly more quite pretty much not noticable of a difference. Heck it could even be me wanting it to help. I have a strong feeling that there are some kext from my 10.4.9 install disc that I can slap on this leopard install to make the computer fan noise level to good back down to normal. I would really appreciate any feedback on this subject, and would like to know if anyone else has been experiencing this. Take Care Fellow Hakzor'zz - Spokes !
