New001 Posted January 6, 2006 Share Posted January 6, 2006 In OS X x86 build 8F1111g(a), I can achieve 60FPS with HT on (and maybe off), and 3x effect size interleaved. I tried a homebrew game, Tetanus on Drugs, it's a nice little (but unusual!) tetris clone for gameboy. Hmm, maybe now I'll try with 5x effect size and HT off. . . (because with every 1x effect size more, 4 times the data has to be pushed to the GPU) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
New001 Posted February 6, 2006 Author Share Posted February 6, 2006 AFAIK, this runs under VESA (just tested it on my Dell Dimension 2400 - gives barely 25FPS, the colors are kind-of wrong/messed up). But it gives a warning dialog about not having harware acceleration, though it will run much faster with hardware accelerated video. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
