Oh Sixtyforce was an excellent app. I ran it when it was in 0.8.0, 0.9.0 I haven't tried but it should be great :) It even ran nice on my G3 500 with some minor sound glitches but everything else was great :( Heres my top 10:

 

1) GarageBand (I don't even know how to use it but I like importing song MIDIs and changing the instruments around :D )

2) Terminal

3) iTunes

4) Safari

5) Cover Flow

6) Quick Lool

7) Spaces

8) Expose

9) Front Row Leopard

I'm a web developer/designer, so most of my stuff is related to that. Others are ones I almost always have open.

 

1. JEdit - open-source text editor w/ regex and bean snippet find/replace features

2. Transmit

3. SambaD - custom written app for connecting to SMB shares

4. Adobe Suite - mainly Flash, Photoshmop

5. ffmpegX

6. Xounds - until 10.5 :( still getting a spot in the list though!
