Trentus Posted September 11, 2007 Share Posted September 11, 2007 As far as I am aware, there are very few Mac viruses, and they are for older versions of the OS. So the only reason you'll need antivirus software is to prevent giving a windows user an infected file by mistake. I think that ClamXav would be a good choice if you want to have something around just to check out anything you think might be suspicious, but don't want to pay for it or have it scanning everything you open.
