left Posted August 21, 2007 Share Posted August 21, 2007 Ok, pals, there is my problem: Installed 10.4.9 uphuck 1.3i r3 in my intel865perl with Sapphire ati x700 agp (id 5e4d) smoothly, everything works except no qe/ci. after a few searches, i did make qe/ci worked in my x700 (of course with mouse tearing and recognized as x700pcie) with/without callisto8 by modified ATIradeon9700.kext and ATIradeon9700GA.plugin. Then the weired thing happened that desktop didn't show up after boot only the cousor can be moved, and sometimes the desktop showed up just fine. It's around 3 out of 5 in my experenice. PS: my display is dell 1704FPT with DVI connect that callisto 8 recognized correctly. So, anybody get cules?
