turpentine
I installed on a Tiger partition ... Two comments... 1. Magic Garageband is a complete joke .... unless you are part of the American Idol watching - Guitar Hero playin scene. As a seasoned musician/teacher - it is a complete joke. 2. the new iMovie is quite weird - as i find it 'inventive' - i, personally, do not like it .... my 6 yr old kid uses it all the time (the previous version) - i use Final Cut ... regardless, we will stick to the previous offering. magic garageband is meant for kids and novices, not a music teacher, and if you are using final cut what do you care about imovie? applemacman
I'm having the exact problem with iMovie and Leo. I wonder if you could open iMovie and iDVD in Leo if you did an upgrade from Tiger and not a clean install. Anyone know?

lessew
The update that came out today for iLife seems to fix the iMovie issue in Leopard. iMovie is working fine now in both Leopard 9a527 and 9a528d for me.
celebi23
Yeah, iMovie & Garageband seem to be working fine now under 9A559 as well. Oh & there's now 512x512 icons for the all of the iLife apps except iWeb
