Ok i guess i just want to help those in need of a ATi X1300 Driver for X1300pro and X1300!

Driver: http://diabolik1605.com/DHF/iATi.html

Thanks Diabolik for the awsome drivers!

Download driver X1xxx (xxx for the model eg. 1300..)/MOBILITY installer.

Step 1: Install it!

Step 2: Go to disk utility.

Step 3: Do Repair Permissions at the bottom of the Disk Utlity screen.

Step 4: Shut down your computer! (Shut Down not restart!)

Step 5: Plug in your VGA CABLE! (NOT DVI! DVI DOESN'T WORK WITH IT!)

Step 6: Start your computer, boot up, wait untill it loads to desktop.

Step 7: Go to Display option in System Prefrences and change res. and refresh rate!

THERE YOU GO! HOPE YOUR HAPPY! You should have no tearing/artifacts!

If anyone wants to help me, Help me find driver for Turtle Beach Sound Card driver for osx86! Thanks yall!

Same Ole' same ole'.

Running an ATI Radeon X1300 Pro on VGA. Installed with the Natit X1300 Installer, Repaired Permissions and Shutdown.

Upon boot I was greeted yet again with a monitor that goes into power saving mode just before the Desktop loads. Booted

in -V mode and can't seem to find any errors while Natit is loading - The driver never worked for me.

Thanks all for the effort though.

I have a mobility X1600, my card is working with alcinject driver. Everything works, also dual monitor, the only thing I noticed is that the 3d performance are very low. I tried to start UT2004 for OSX and it run very slow. Are these drivers better for 3d performance? I tried to install both mobilty installer and x1600 installer from Diabolik's site but they don't work. Are there some tweaks to do with mobility cards and diabolik drivers?

Hey, guys! I have ATI X1600 Mobility on my ACER 5112WLMi laptop.

I tried to do all that you say... But I still have some problems: when I tried boot, on display I see only Apple logo and loading stops... My EDID is:

00FFFFFF FFFFFF00 06AF7421 00000000

Can you send compiled kext with this EDID, please? You can attach it in this topic or in PM... It doesn't matter...

Thanks!

P.S.: Sorry for my bad English.

thx

anywhere else toget those drivers, that link is dead ....

EDIT: wanted to add that driver acctualy works, now i get resolution change, no artifacts, and finally the X11 works, yeah for some reason there was a connection between not having a good driver for the x1300 and X11 not working ;) so now stuff like crossover is working :)

thx x986123

Hello!

Have anyone find a solution to "black/white-drop down menus" problem of

ATI X1900 series? System profiler says "Quartz Extreme: Supported" and

obliously there is some acceleration going on but all the DROP-DOWN MENUS

ARE BLACK!? Any idea what might cause this?
