kessom Posted August 3, 2007 Share Posted August 3, 2007 Hi after following the Vm how to guide, using "Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].iso" on a dell latitude D620 with XP and WmWare workstation 6, I installed OS X. MrArrieta Posted August 6, 2007 Share Posted August 6, 2007 hi, i have a similar problem on a hp pavillion dv5000, i installed the same image, i finished the installation, but when i restart i looks like normal booting, then i did the registration because it didnt load any graphic enviorament, i did it with the help of that voice, but now i restart and no visual enviorament is loaded, it just begins the voice that tells me " wellcome to macintosh " but i cant see anything help....... my laptop is an amd turion 1.8, 1gb of ram, ati graphic card Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anyway, not sure but the problem looks like it has something to do with DNS (Domain Name Servier). Try disabling/removing the Ethernet in VMware.
