Theres no need for this thread anymore.
I just found the problem. When you also got a ATi graphic card (Not a X1600) with 512MB try to delete "/System/Library/Extensions/IONDRVSupport.kext". After that delete "/System/Library/Extensions.mkext" and "/System/Library/Extensions.kextchache". Repair permissions with diskutil and reboot.

Hello,
I saw you have a ATI X1900XTX !!! Which Driver did you use?? Or is there anyone else who can tall me a good Driver for this card??
Need help!! I yust found an X1-00 driver, that's not good!

you guys been having problems with noise from x1900xtx, mine is noisy like jet taking off.
if so any solutions?

Does this still work? Last time I tried it gave a kernel panic, but that may have been to NVIDIA kexts that were in there.
