Just stumbled across this on the heise newsticker, a well renowned source of IT-related news in Germany that usually does not run very far-fetched stories:

It references the following English source:

Basically it's saying that Apple has revived the Yellow Box project under the code name of "Dharma" and that as an example application a port of Safari is already running on Windows.
This could be a huge thing, but it sounds very fishy to me, especially the concluding remarks on the DMCA and how it has repelled the originator of this news from posting it to an American site.
