cmaus@mac.com Posted July 2, 2007 Share Posted July 2, 2007 Hello folks, now that there are some tutorials on how to ciderize a Windows game, has someone figured out how to play The Settlers 3 or 4 on Mac OS X? Have not yet managed to play it. holymans Posted April 5, 2008 Share Posted April 5, 2008 I have tried to ciderize Settlers 4 Gold edition and I have sound and looks like the game loads but the screen is white...which obscures all view, so you cannot really play. When ran through the Terminal it eventually prints the error: fixedfunc.c:1830: failed assertion `(vt & D3DFVF_SPECULAR)==0' err:seh:EXC_DefaultHandling Unhandled exception code 80000101 flags 1 addr 0x94e2eb06 Not sure where to start with this.
