This is not legal in every country (but in some it is   ), so read this first:
The seeds can only be shipped to to ALL countries in the European Union EXCEPT Luxembourg and Norway. Outside from the EU this ones:
- Switzerland
- Hungary
- Poland
- Czech Republic
- Slovakia
- Japan
- Iceland
- Canada
- Slovenia

Nothing that's why it's in deals, but soon is xmas and some people are searching for new ideas what kind of gifts they can buy.
BTW, thanks for the link I doesn't know that Slovenia was part of the EU (shame on me)
