age_sabres18 Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 Using Jas 10.4.8 AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3 with ppf1 and ppf2. 1- Tried to boot osx86 natively. Disk utility could not see my hardrive. 2- Tried to install with vmware to partition. Worked with VMware but i couldn't boot it naitively. I got an error saying "still waiting for root device". 3- I NEED HELP! Specs: Acer Aspire 5050 AMD Turion x2 1.6 GHZ ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 120GB HDD SATA 1GB RAM Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
harvinder Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 I think you needed to use the multipatched iso instead because this is the issue with SATA drives, try this iso http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1031530/639817/ from demonoid.
