Said male is then left to pick big chunks of plastic and 'glossy' screen out of their face for the next 17 weeks. Didnt you *read* the small print on apple.com? Actually, MBs are great. I had one, I dont mind admitting. The fact I now have a MBP is to do with the screen resolution and gfx power, not because of the aluminium case vs my old macbook's white. That's not really what it's for. That's just what they tell the men. Munky has seen the dark side. *Actually, MBs are awesome machines. I much prefer the 13.3 size to the MBPs, and are ideal for portability. What annoys me is that a 17" Macbook Pro costs in Italy Eur 2,799.00 A HP with very similar specs (except that the CPU is a Turion) costs Eur 1,300 and I have seen it for Eur 1,080. That is almost 3 times the price and there is no chance in hell that I am going to be ripped off like that just to run OS X, no matter how much I like it. I feel bad that the EU customers are being rippped of this badly. You guys (and girls) pay 1/3 more the price than we do. Sometimes that could go up to 2/3. I really wish Apple would stop this nonsense and give equal pricing options for you guys there. Dang that means some people in parts of EU wont even be able to afford an Apple Laptop ever.
