hello;
i have got mac os 9.22 classic. the problem is i accidentally changed monitors refresh rate. monitor is blackout now.how i change back monitors refresh rate ? any help?

not sure if this will work, but you may try to hold down on SHIFT key while booting up this will prevent extensions to load up.
