nickg331
i think everyone is looking at this the wrong way. instead of trying to get the apple TV OS running on a mac, why not try to get OS X (the full version, that is) running on an apple TV? it makes a lot more sense- it would be the first truly cheap apple computer. it already has most of the essentials: harddrive, intel processor, etc. since it already runs a stripped down version of OS X (with the same frameworks, etc.), why not try the full version? it even has a USB port that apple says is (allegedly) only for diagnostics use, but seriously, how hard could it be to hook up a keyboard and mouse? i dont have one to try with, but id be willing to bet someone out there can figure it out. EDIT: actually, i just saw the other topic about this. my bad.

glassJAw
It would still be cool to have a cheap mac in the tv room to surf the net... I'd really be interested. We could probably learn a lot more about it that way too right?
