ZodiacfreaK
Hey I was editing my com.apple.boot.plist and apparantly I made a bad change in it. Now whenever I boot up it goes to the grey screen and says "please reboot". Sadly when I try to start in single user mode it wont get to where I can input sudo nano /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.boot.plist All I need is a way to enter that command into terminal without being able to boot into Mac OS X. Is there a bootCD or something that will give me a terminal to work in? Anything guys, I just don't want to have to start from scratch again. Callysto
You have a boot disc it's the DVD you installed the OS from. Insert the Mac OS DVD and boot from it: Go on as if you intend to install and terminal should become available from the menu bar if you proceed far enough.
