in the terminal

cp /Users/username/Desktop/Maxxusspatchdir/oah750* /Volumes/Mac OS X Install Disk/usr/libexec/oah/

cd /Volumes/Mac OS X Install Disk/usr/libexec/oah/

chown root:wheel oah750*

Thank you, that worked. Now to try and install, 10.4.1 installed first time natively and everything worked so fingers crossed with this one.

Ok, I think I have this straight, but I still have a slight problem. Here is EXACTLY what I did:

Open terminal and run:

hdiutil convert /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.dmg -format UDTO -o /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.iso

then mount it in terminal by running:

hdiutil attach -readwrite /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.iso.cdr

Open Terminal and run:

cp /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/Cracks/Anti-TPM/oah750* /Volumes/Mac\ OS\ X\ Install\ DVD/usr/libexec/oah/

Then run:

cd /Volumes/Mac\ OS\ X\ Install\ DVD/usr/libexec/oah/

Then run:

chown root:wheel oah750*

Then run:

chmod -R 755 oah750*

The problem is when I run "chown root:wheel oah750*"

It states this:

chown: oah750: Operation not permitted

chown: oah750d: Operation not permitted

I'm pretty sure I am root. Dunno, anyone want to help a guy out?

I'm still stuck, I have an screen similar to this:

http://img486.imageshack.us/my.php?image=1...1verbose6ai.png

I'm doing this natively not in VMWare as the picture shows, this are my specs:

I got a D915PCY motherboard with a Intel P4 650 (3.4GHz XD, EM64T, SSE3), I also have tryied this with a D915GLVGL with a P4 630 (3.0 GHz) and workded, can anyone know how I can solve it?

No need to do all this.

I used the terminal to convert the dmg to iso :

hdiutil convert /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.dmg -format UDTO -o /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.iso

then mounted it:

hdiutil attach -readwrite /Users/YOURUSERNAME/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.iso.cdr

then deleted the oah750 and oah750d in usr/libexec/oah

then copied the 10.4.3 AntiTPM_10 patched files oah750 and oah750d to usr/libexec/oah

then burned the DVD with disk utility.

Ok, new problem now. When It goes to boot from the DVD it says:

Push any key to instal osx86 or push F8 for additional options.

I just wait for it or push the Space Bar and it says:

Loading OSX86

It says that only for like a tenth of a second then reboots. I have tried safe mode and every other option... I have no clue.

I have 915gavl with 630 p4 (CPUZ says no nx)

So I converted DMG to ISO, run transmac from windows replace kernelnonx and the 2 new oah files burned with transmac

and istalled no problem all seems to be working.

Xbench score was around 50 now in the 90s.

Thank you Maxxuss..

How/Where did you replace the kernelnonx?

First it should be mentioned that iPhoto is part of the Ilife Package, not OS X.

This only shows up on new macs /restoration media. This build is a seeded development build by Apple for testing, not the version given out with the development machines.

Would make sense given that they are finalizing builds for introduction on Intel based macs, that iPhoto would NOT be part of the Installation at this point in the development as they are pushing the completion of the Intel/PPC version of the iLife package for introduction.

If you want iPhoto, install iLife '05, then download the iPhoto update.

Secondly, this will install correctly if you have a close to Intel Dev machine motherboard. This means if your using a 915 chipset, make sure to remove any extra cards you have in your machine (pci express, firewire, usb cards, etc..etc..) and install using the onboard graphics, you have a damn good chance that this is going to work for you.

But please just remember that this is just a step towards 10.4.4, final, gold versions that will ship with new intel macs...

But this does install and runs just fine..

Unfortunatelly I can't do that, I got an D915PCY and it doesn't comes with an integrated video card :D as I said before I had it working sucessfully on a D915GAGL but my current D915PCY doesn't let me install it ;)

If no onboard graphics, then try to install with the -v -s and then see where it is hanging up and report back. Sounds like hardware or bios settings...

Is hdutil in Mac OS X? I have a VMware 10.4.1 install and I'm not sure if I can convert the DMG to ISO.

Yes, it is in OS X, the instructions were for people already running the first dev build or working on an apple already.

Fire up your VM and work from terminal.. It is going to way slow if you can get to work in VM, best would be to DD your image to another drive or just do a native install on an old HD.

How/Where did you replace the kernelnonx?

In the root of the iso.

Remember you must rename the new file, the original does not have nonx in the name ;)

Transmac in Windows is by far the simplest way.

Just inserted the two files and used the instructions above to create the disc.

Booted the CD, then it kernel panicked around IOProviderClass. I guess the Athlon 64 X2 + nForce 4 410 setup needs more drivers at firsthand although the CPU itself is SSE3 + NX.

Presumably you're using a PS/2 keyboard and/or mouse. It will work with USB keyboards and mice, or possibly if you copy over the PS/2 kexts talked about elsewhere. Since I have a USB keyboard and mouse, it wasn't necessary for me.

I used the terminal to convert the dmg to iso :

hdiutil convert /Users/Tekno/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.dmg -format UDTO -o /Users/Tekno/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.iso

then mounted it:

hdiutil attach -readwrite /Users/Tekno/Desktop/10.4.3_8f1099_for_dtk_userdvd.iso.cdr

then copied the 10.4.3 AntiTPM_10 patch to usr/libexec/oah

then burnd to dvd.

follow exact this method, just drag and drop to replace the files, burn DVD using diskutil.

boot DVD and native install, IT WORKS!!!! :P

now I have 10.4.3 installed, my system is Dell GX280 P4 3.4 with SSE3 and NX/XD.

Thanks so much Maxxuss!!! and thanks Tekno for posting. ;)

Hi,

I am looking for some help now, too :P

I have an Athlon64 Venice, supporting SSE3, NX and PAE.

Here is what I did:

I converted with hdiutil, copied the patched oah files, then also did the

chown and chmod on them, and burned with diskutility to an DVD RW.

My Result:

PAE Enabled

BSM auditing present

disabled

Security auditing service present

...

PANIC (CPU 0 caller 0xC0196F60)

;)

I also tried the nonx kernel, just to be sure... no effect.

So I think the patch won't work for some reasons with MSI K8N Neo4

nForce4 boards.

enb14, this is almost exact the same thing that I get.

What are your mainboard and cpu specs?

Hey guys, this is what I did:

Converted 10.4.3-DMG to ISO using UltraIso

Opened the created ISO(!) in Transmac and replaced the Oha-Files

in \usr\libexec

Closed Transmac

Burned the ISO using Nero

Note: Replacing the files, using UltraIso does not work, because

UltraIso cannot save the file as Hybrid (just as Iso, as it tells you)

Hope this works for some of you!

It should be noted that this just breaks the TPM, not any other hack, slipstream of any other files.. Most people whom have reported problems are so far the AMD users, non intel based hardware or SATA users.

Best way to get it installed, use an intel based 915 or higher board, IDE, and then add everything else AFTER you have it installed.
