t3mur
Hey World of mac geeks! I went to the apple store and decided the following. I should sell my 17" imac and get a $799 mac mini and 20" mac display. But then i was like , shill Temur! Who knows what they will anounce at the mac conference in March is it? I just don't wanna buy a display and then see a display come out with built in isight or touch controls or some other things that would make me wanna regret buying too soon.. so my question is, should i wait and see what they will announce? and what you think they will be? And should i wait till Leopard comes out so i get a copy of that with the computer?
stoddardiv
There's no conference that's going to be held in March, and as far as a screen with built in touch controls? Seems a little bogus. That's not very consumer oriented, and it wouldn't make sense to charge normal consumers of the Mac Mini money for features they won't need/use. And don't wait on Leopard. It's not that expensive, and Apple does have a price adjustment policy, so if it comes out, go to your apple store and talk to a manager. They're usually willing to accomodate. What world are you from? Because here in New York if i got to an Apple store on 5th ave or Soho and speak to a manager about getting a discount or possibly a free upgrade to Leopard, I'll be in Brooklyn prising in like 9 minutes.. Thanks tho..
