I've commented on the spectacular industrial design, yet terribly poor ergonomics of many Apple products before, but now here's a recent press release from the British Chiropractic Association:

or

Chiropractic Association, said: "This is a really serious problem."

I think the Chiropractic Association is alone with this problem :)

Good to know that Germany is not the only country with absolut useless Associations (paid with my taxes) :)

chiropractors are chrazy!

go for a chiropractic consultation and invariably you're going to have something wrong with you.

top two things they can "treat" for the rest of your life are...

Short Leg Syndrome! (everyone has one leg shorter than the other, or a slightly higher hip, and it's gonna cripple or kill you someday.)

Subluxations! (everyone has misalignements of vertabrae or pinched nerves effecting their organs, and if it isn't treated it's gonna cripple or kill you someday.)

i could go on an on and on about these wackos, but i won't. here's a randomly googled link! B)

"The action needed to move the wheel on an iPod is totally unnatural and effectively separates the joint in the thumb every time you use it."

grrrrrrrr is all i can say.

have a nice day. :)

Man. I grew up in the 1970ies. We had no ergonomic-seats, coffee was as hot as it should

be, I sucked on poisoned toys from china, food with funky colours and chemicals. My mom

used to say "Don't drink so much water" and I also survived hardcore rubiks cubing. ;)

I mean you can make a science out of everything. If people are too dumb to use things

then its ok that they feel the pain. :)

If humans have survived the effects of nuclear fallout I find it hard to believe they would truley suffer from any iPod related disease (stupidity excluded).

On another note I think we can all relate to those poor people who are suddenly visited with fits of rage after Microsoft Word crashed losing 12+ hours of work.
