cumanzor
I try to install Mac OS X with this method: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...le_And_Accurate But I used a different image. Since I didn't find a way to make the vmdk file to .img, I did the dd with the vmdk file, no error messages, with the same result of the wiki. But, Acronis OS Selector doesn't detect Mac OS, and the Chain0 method doesn't work either. The "C:\chain0..." entry from my boot.ini file disappears after reboot. I get no OS selection menu, no nothing. If I try to run a vmmachine from the partition where I dd'ed Mac OS, it gives me a MBR Error 3. Please, give an idea or anything!!! macgirl
If you skip the first 63 sectors you don't have a boot loader. check this guide: [HowTo] Clone/Restore partitions that BOOT & fixing booting issues
cumanzor
I used this command C:\tiger-x86>dd if=tiger-x86-flat.img of=\\?\Device\Harddisk0\Partition2 bs=32256 skip=1 --progress bs=32256 skip=1, in the tutorial it says it is faster this way. I¡ll take a look to that link, thanks!
