JohnPopes Posted February 28, 2007 Share Posted February 28, 2007 hey im very new to this all, and just installed 10.4.1 into my laptop. almost seems good except for the resolution.. what should i do? i have an ATI x700 mobility (i guess lol) with device id 0x5653, and im running osX86 10.4.1. here goes the full info: Type: VGA-Compatible Controller Bus: PCI Vendor: ATI (0x1002) Device ID: 0x5653 Revision ID: 0x0000 Kernel Extension Info: No Kext Loaded Displays: Display: Resolution: 1024 x 768 Depth: 32-bit Color Core Image: Not Supported Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Quartz Extreme: Not Supported well im not trying to achieve much.. crystal clear and sharp letters all i want. besides that its working very well and fast(er than windows lol) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
