will_0407
Has anyone managed to get this game to work? I keep getting the error message (see pic) Edited February 19, 2007 by will_0407
cyclonefr
Won't work : parallels doesn't provide DirectDraw Acceleration, which you need for Worms. Go try VMWare fusion, even with the old beta, WWP works !
will_0407
I've installed VMWAREfusion, but I still can't get it to work. I get the same error message as before. Does it definately work in this software? Edited February 22, 2007 by will_0407

cyclonefr
no, not really. It's Core Image and Quartz Extreme ; go check your video card in System Profiler. Google it if you don't understand a damn thing about what I am saying
will_0407
Says they're both supported, bit strange
helios
You need to enable 3d support in VMware fusion.. it's in the preferences in beta
will_0407
it won't let me tick the box. It's "greyed" out.
vin
it won't let me tick the box. It's "greyed" out. IINM, i think your VMWare running. Stop the VMWare and go to the preferences to enable 3D support.
will_0407
I've tried suspending the program, and tried to edit it while it's "idle", but it's still greyed out
curlyboy
You must stop it so you can make changes suspend is no good it must be stopped
will_0407
There's no way to "stop"it. it's either running or suspended. There's no way to edit it without opening it, or at least I don't know a way Thanks for everyones replies, but I've decided to give up. Whenever I open fusion, it screws up the bluetooth on my comp, and it's also really bad UI compared to parallels- parallels is so much smoother to use.
