v4havok
Someone help! What do i have to do.... I used this guide Marc's Blog: OSx86 Install Guide and at Step 6 where it says " Go to My Computer and navigate to the partition on which you installed OS X. From there, delete AppleGenericPCATA.kext from /System/Library/Extensions and /System/Library/Extensions/IOATAFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns. Delete IOUSBFamily.kext from /System/Library/Extensions " I can see the drive but it won't let me delete those files because it says it was read-only. And it said something could have gotten corrupted or something, but i dont see how, i followed the guide step for step. Any help will be very much appreciated. Mac's Rule I have installed OS X through Vmware without any problems.

someguy360
im not having a pleasant time trying to get 10.4.9 working on my X200 laptop. I used the guide and installed through VMWARE but when I try booting osx natively it takes about an hour to get to the desktop (no joke)
msll
You might want to try Uphuck 1.3 DVD. I have a x200 laptop (toshiba A105-s1013) and had the same problem you mentioned. But I just successfully installed os x into my laptop. I am pretty happy with it 'cause it's fast and really useful.
