ozzyolcar
Kext was loaded on my lenovo. I was not able to turn on or off airport. When I enabled interference robustness driver crashed. BTW, when i check ucodes from firmware, i noticed that iwi2200 includes sniffer, bss, ibss fw files. When these files are not included in 3945 firmware sources? It looks like firmware for 3945 is not completely ported.. When I looked FreeBSD driver version 20070121, That includes only one ucode file. I assume this is firmware. How did you use hex2sting to create iwi_boot.fw, iwi_ucode.fw.h and others?
iCrash
So you are saying you have a (partially) working kext for the Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG WLAN? Do you receive a connection that allows you to access the Internet?
Guest bikedude880
This topic is already being discussed here (it talks about separate drivers for the 220 and 3945 cards): Intel Wireless driver (linux)
