XARA Xtreme is a very powerful and innovative vector based illustration tool that can do things that programs such as Adobe Illustrator simply can't. Right now, there is currently a Windows and Linux version of XARA Xtreme. The Linux version is just a proof of concept at this point.

Unfortunately, XARA Xtreme doesn't exist for the Mac yet. However, XARA is looking for Mac Developers and testers.

If you want to see the power of XARA Xtreme, you can download the Windows trial version at www.xara.com.

If you have the ability to develop and test this software for Mac OS X, feel free to Contact XARA. More information is available at http://www.xaraxtreme.org

Note: I am not associated with XARA in any way. However, I am a fan of XARA Xtreme, and would like to see a port for OS X. I would like to help them, but unfortunately, I do not have the skill.

Developers, please look into Xara for OSX - specially Leopard. It's the best tool for vector graphics and it's a such a shame not to have on macs. It seams that there was something "like" it, named Inkscape - that can be found on Apple's download page, I haven't tried it cause it's not Leopard supported. And Xara actually has opened source and invited developers to help but no news yet.

We're looking forward for news.

Thank you!
