Allsop
My bios doesn't have any options for vdimm overclocking, guess I'm stuck at 1.8v So the only available solution would be to a voltmod but I just don't find any guides. Would it be possible?
gotoh
my intel mobo does not allow me to set voltage for ram too... This mobo is actually very picky about the kind of ram I use. I have 2 Corsair XMS sticks, which prevent from cold booting when set at 333Mhz. I have set them at 200Mhz for first boot, then reboot and set them at 333Mhz (very boring) or I need to power the PC, wait for about 1 or 2 minutes (it stays powered, with fans at full speed, just not booting) then reboot manually and it boots fine at 333Mhz. I think it would work better if I could hard volt mod my ram as this mobo is known not to like 1,9V DDRII (too bad I did not know it before buying the mobo and ram)
