macprodan Posted January 15, 2007 Share Posted January 15, 2007 (edited) I have had the beta of 10.4.9 on my MacBook Pro now for a short while with no performance loss or problems of any sort, but now i realize there may be one side affect with Logic, Every-time i go to use EXSP Spotlight Goes mad and indexes for 10 minutes or so before that patch is available to use, it then does this for any additional patch i select. !!! I never liked to have a service running in background scanning and indexing my HD (and so degrading perfomance) There are some tools which allow to disable it. Just search in google.
