I recently installed a theme with installer (not shapeshifter), which does not come with its own uninstaller: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/46066410/ the author points to the original UNO uninstaller to uninstall. But at the moment UNO site is down: http://gui.interacto.net/ I have no access to the installer, nor can I find any mirror online. I've already tried to uninstall using other modified unofficial UNO installer, but the newest version doesn't work properly and throw up a warning about requiring iTunes 7 (I still have 6). So I'm wondering if any one still have copies of older version of UNO (before 1.3.2, still supports itunes 6.0.5), otherwise I will have to reinstall os x as I cannot stand the currently mismatch of UI and itunes does not even run now.
