No way you can do it for $200-300. Try about $600-800 for a decent system. For that price you might as well get a Mac Mini.

Ok Guys I have a A8N SLI deluxe board with a Nivida sli card (just one can have two of these) No cpu I have hard drives... Any recomenditions or should I just go buy a Imac or mac mini?

ANy help or pointers would be great i peeked at the genius bar amd faq and just need some guidance

The SATA on that board has rocky OSX86 support. A driver is being written, but it may be less reliable.

 

SLI won't work with OSX86 I'm told. I know little about that because I dislike SLI.

 

A Mac Mini would be best for you maybe. An OSX86 PC won't be supported, but it will have many more features and can be custom built for about the same price.
