In regards to your mobo, this will help you get everything running smoothly.

For the graphics card, check out this wiki page.

Other than those two things, it looks like you got a fairly solid system lined up. Good luck!

cpu: Intel® Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe Processor 2.13GHz [$224.90 + free shipping]

The Xeon version of this processor is likely from a higher "bin" and overclock better. It is only like $10 more, so I would have certainly got it instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16819117103

memory: Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB Kit DDR2-800 [$273.90 - $40.00 rebate + free shipping]

This is probably decent memory, but it uses Promos IC's not Microns: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16819117103

... and I am not sure if they are any better or even as good as the Elpidia IC's in the Corsair ValueSelect: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16820145098

Otherwise, your list is pretty close to perfect (provided you are prepared to deal with a 965 chipset for a few weeks before Apple supports it).
