start the pc from a virtual hard disk

Hello,

Last week i ordered a new PC, and i've installed Mac OS X on it. But my programs must run under Windows XP.

So i've uninstalled Hack OS X and i've installed WinXP.

Then I've installed Hack OS X again, under VMware, but its too slow under it.

My question is: can i start my PC from the virtual hd from VMware (like BeOS).

Greetz, Nico

If you are already booted into Windows and running VMWare then you can boot virtual hard drives including OSX within the VMWare environment.

But I don't know of any solution to boot the computer itself from a virtual hard drive. Maybe Virtual PC (for PC, not OSX) from MS? Doubt it though. Maybe some company like Citrix?
