Universe_JDJ
Hi, I'm planning to dual boot OSX and Windows XP on my computer. I have a couple of questions about the set up process. What I plan to do: 1) Shrink my 74.5GB partition by 6GB. 2) Use diskpart to create a primary partition. 3) Set up boot.ini to use chain0. 4) Install OS X. 5) Somehow change the active partition back to the XP one. 6) Use the XP bootloader to startup OS X. What I want to know is: 1) Are there any problems with this plan? 2) How do I change the active partition from the OS X to XP? Thanks,
nowned
To change back the active partition you need to use something like the Ultimate Boot CD
