Attached is IOREG with this DSDT about boot, i think the problem is CST and PST into ur DSDT(first version u send me) the best is, let the bootloader generate it test audio, HDMI audio

PPCnostalgic
Didn't work, black screen after wake up and needed 3 forced restart to boot again with full CMOS reset to default. Luckily I had my saved working preset! Booting time also is way too long (45 seconds vs 15 with previous working DSDT), HDMI audio worked though. Everything works properly and I want to give you a big thank for all your time and your kindness.

PPCnostalgic
Hi and thank you for your reply. It still doesn't shutdown, although sleep works. In config.plist > Kernel and kext I had to check "AppleIntelCPUPm" or it doesn't boot hanging on the very first logo progress bar. Attached IOREG - Config.plist - DSDT after installing your compressed folder files T3500.zip
PPCnostalgic
Sierra security update ovewrote AppleIntelCPUPM.kext (ver 219). Luckily I have a clone of the system before the security update, so I recovered the previous AppleIntelCPUPM.kext (ver 216 patched) and now shutdown it seems to work again, still testing...
