How do I patch a macOS ISO with AMD kernel patch? And help getting MAC OS X on PROXMOX/QEMU/KVM

so im trying to run mac os on vm/proxmox/QEMU/KVM but can seen to be able to, for my understanding i need to ither download/ create a mac os iso and patch it with the amd kernel patch but im not sure how to do that. any help will be appreciated.

note: im using proxmox at the moment with an amd fx processor, any help will be appreciated, thank you (planning on upgrading to intel xeon servers)
