APFS bootup output removal

Thanks for this.  I noticed that the script is designed only to remove the apfs output for the driver in the drivers64UEFI directory.  For those of us who use a BIOS boot, the apfs.efi file needs to be in the drivers64 directory.  It's an easy enough edit to make.  I actually keep the apfs.efi file in both directories so I just copied your two lines of code and changed the directory so that when I run the script it modifies both files.
