Thank you for your reply. I am using DVI port. I know VGA port does not work good with Mac OS. I have changed monitor settings and display is better now Now i have sound issue. Front and Rear Mic/Speaker are not working For sound, i have tried AppleHDA and VoodooHDA.kext VoodooHDA came from your Actual Post for Dell Optiplex Sierra. But it is detecting HDMI Audio (four ports) Tried AppleHDA from http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/534-dell-optiplex-760-780-fix-for-analog-inputs-outputs-and-for-hdmi-audio-output-for-nvidia-geforce-210/ But it did not worked..
