On my first attempt the PSU installed was a CoolerMaster V1000 which is quite a good PSU, maybe, not as good as a Corsair. I ask here, is there anything to prevent this PSU from working in OS X? If so please be specific about why it will or will not work and which part of OS X is responsible for it working or not working such as a file "please name" and give directory etc.... then I can log the info onto text file for reference. Any changes / how to etc... I'll use this same computer with AN other HDD (Seagate or Western Digital) - Asus Z97-AR Haswell i7 4790K This could apply to other PSU's such as Corsair too.
