BT is connected through USB. Have you already increased usb port limit? Are you using usbinjectall.kext?

Attach output from terminal after you run

kextstat | grep -v com.apple

BT should be detected even if it's not enabled. Attach your config.plist.

BT module not detected...

-> either the card is not installed in a WWAN/combo PCIe-USB slot

or

->your USB ports aren't all working. Check your DSDT/ACPI Patches and presence of a USB injector kext.

Try adding a port limit patch on your config.plist (in KextsToPatch):

Humm.. Interesting even mini pci devices have to be shown as USB?

By the way the patch above didn't work.

Not true. Combo cards consist in a wifi chip + bt chip. Wifi is connected through PCIe bus and BT is connected through USB2. Approximately, the blue part is the USB2 connector and the red part is the PCIe one.

Does BT work under Windows? If the answer is yes, attach open IORegistryExplorer, co to File -> Save As...

Attache the file created.
