Hello to every one. After my beloved iMac died after 3 hours of just playing a Game I started to try installing 10.10 on diverse other computers. I Like the OS, but dislike that crappy Apple hardware .....

So i used to have 10.10 on my iMac because some software won't run on 10.12 (did not tried 10.11). So i thought to switch to a Hacky. I used to have one long time ago using 10.4.8. I downloaded the latest 10.10 from the appstore, an tried several manuals to make a USB stick. First of all the #####, not booting on any machine. Than Clover using the manual on this forum here, after some time now i can boot into the installer on some machines but not on the most used one.

The machines are: Virtual using Virtualbox and VMware Player, lots of problems with VB. VM looks like working whit Yosemite Zone, but the GPU is not working the way it should. Only sees 3MB

The main machine: MSI Z-97 G43: unable to boot any stick i made. Either getting: "Unable to find driver for this platform: \ "ACPI\".\n~@/SourceCache/xnu7xnu-7202.40.8/lokit/Kernal/IOPlatformExpert.cpp:1590" or a prohibited sign.

The Asus P5K-SE: Yes older one whit 775 socket mod to run XEON 771: The installer boots, but won't see any harddisk. Now i noticed, trying an other Gigabyte mainboard at work, that the installer only sees SATA Harddisks in AHCI-mode not in IDE-Mode. And the Asus is to old for AHCI-mode. What to do?

I would like to run OSX on all 3 the system, including a Virtual one :D.  It does not need to be 10.10 on all the 3, one should be 10.10. Others could be newer or older.

The MSI should be able to use Ozmosis, but i'm scared to install 3rd parity software into the BIOS. This mainboard only has one Bios and is my main Computer at this moment.

/edit: now i installed it on the Gigabyte but it won't boot after installation.

/edit2: Now i managed to get 128Mb Vram into the VMware client. Looks better, but still is slow. But i think it is the best te get out of a Vritual machine without 3d Support.
