It was a laptop, hp dv6 6120us and once I got audio and sleep working, I needed wifi. The rest was working out of the box, except for the USB 3. The adapter gave me no problems and I was using the Osx86 kext. Now I use this on my pc, that I originally built to handle decent games. In windows it works but in Sierra, I get random Kernel panics every once in a while. It had crashed on me while doing homework and music making. The ethernet port works fine, but my router is in my living room so I have to use wifi to get access.
