Is not it the same as using CreateInstallMedia in Terminal?

  • For MacOS High Sierra Developer Beta:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ 10.13\ Beta.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/YourUSBName --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ 10.13\ Beta.app --nointeraction
  • For MacOS High Sierra Public Beta:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra\ Beta.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/YourUSBName --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra\ Beta.app --nointeraction

Unfortunately, there are no simple guides out there for Windows. Everything I've tried so far has failed.
