Cyberdevs
Your IOReg seems to be ok, DSDT Patches are in place but even after running the HDMIAudiocommand it wouldn't work! That's wired! I had some issues with audio on one of my systems and after running the commands I posted in post number 124 audio started working! Replace the EFI folder with this one and make a copy of yours first just in case. pimof.zip
Pimof
It's not working as the same... Could it be better erase the El Capitan partition?
Cyberdevs
Erasing the El Capitan partition wouldn't do you any good, but a clean install might be a better idea.
Pimof
I will do another clean installation of Sierra. Do you want to see the efi bootable pen drive?

Cyberdevs
You can use this folder, it's based on your El Capitan EFI folder. You know the drill backup the EFI for your Sierra and then replace it with this one. pimof 2.zip

Maybe this guide could help you narrow down the problem. https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverHDMI I think that the solution is to come back to el capitan and buy a discrete gpu. With discrete gpu madlon showed us that would work well.

Yes it does work well on discreet GPU, I have HDMI Audio on all of my systems. It should work well with IntelHD530 as well, I'll keep testing and if I find a solution I'll let you know. Cyberdevs
It depends and your budget and the usage. All 10 series nVidia GPUS are great, although there are reports of issues with 1060 after sleep. I'm using a EVGA Superclocked 1070 and it works great. 1080 and 1080 Ti are top of the line and expensive.
Pimof
What about the 1050? The computer is mainly for scientific calculate, with the laptop.
Cyberdevs
1050s are also good and affordable, but before making any decision search for any issues on the cards then make a decision baed on the result
